You can change the Windows default download location or the download location in your browser. If you are using ICF Express, you can also change the download location.
Windows - Go to the Windows download folder and right-click on it. Then select Properties. Then go to the Locations tab and click Move.
Chrome:
Go to Settings/Downloads/Location
chrome://settings/downloads
Safari:
Open Safari, then go to Safari / Preferences and click the General tab
Next to File download location, click the drop-down box and select Other to browse for and choose a certain folder. Alternatively, you can choose Ask for each download to specify the folder at the time of download
Edge:
Go to Setting/Downloads

Firefox:
Go to Settings/General/Files and App.

ICF Express Desktop App:
In Express, you can change the default download location under the Tools menu.
