How to find or recover deleted files.

What do you do if you can not find a file that should be there?

Use the Sort options to ensure the missing file is not in the client folder.
To find a deleted file/document, search for deleted files using the Magnifying Glass icon.
When you find the file on the search page, check the box and look at the Audit Trail.
The Audit Trail will show when and who deleted or moved the file.

If the files were deleted and you want to try to recover them and the files can not be retrieved elsewhere,

File Recovery Options:

Before 30 days have passed, you can retrieve the file yourself by clicking the "Restore" file button.
After 30 days, the file is gone from ICFiles, but you will find a "Request Reupload" button that will email the original uploader and request that they upload the file again.
You can submit a helpdesk ticket if it has been past 30 days and the file must be recovered.
