How do I download a document?
You can only download the document from the "Document List" page, which you get to by clicking on the folder name listed under "My Documents" in the "File System."
You have two download options, one file at a time in the native file format or selecting all the files and Zipping the files and downloading them as one Zip file.
1. Find the documents you want to Zip download, check the box next to the "Document Name," and then click the Red Zip download icon.
1.a. Download the file without zipping it using the Green download arrow. This will not zip the file and works best on MAC devices that do not have Zip Apps. MAC users can download a free Zip App from the Apple Store.
2. Select "download" your browser will now take control of the download and usually gives you an option to "Save" to your computer or "Open."
