All Support > ICFiles > User Help

Apple Products  – iPhone and iPad users can download zip files from ICFiles, with our encryption cipher suite.

  1. Before you download go to the App Store and install a Zip compatible App so you can open the files after download.
    • We recommend IZArc but there are many Apps to choose from.

  2. Selecting more than one (1) document to trigger the Zip download function and click download in the ICFiles toolbar.
