New User Experience - Setting an Auto Delete Date

It's common to have time-sensitive documents needing to be signed by multiple parties. The ability to securely and quickly transfer documents - with the added benefit of setting an Auto Delete Date to realize the deadline for all parties involved is a much-needed utility in this digital age.

Whichever way you prefer to upload your document(s), you always have the option to set a date on which the file will be deleted from ICFiles. 

*You can also set a note for the users with access to the file, and ICFiles will email them a message with any changes to the file or the "Note."

Just click in the field, and a calendar will pop up to allow you to easily select a date rather than type it in via 8-10 keystrokes (DD/MM/YYYY).

The last thing to do is click on the green floppy disk icon to save the date or the red minus from canceling.

All done! You can now see when the file is scheduled for deletion.
