New User Experience - Setting an Auto Delete Date

It's common to have time-sensitive documents needing to be signed by multiple parties.  The ability to securely, and easily transfer documents - with the added benefit of setting an Auto Delete Date to realize the deadline for all parties involved is a much-needed utility in this digital age.

Whichever way you prefer to upload your document(s), you always have the option to set a date on which the file will be deleted from ICFiles. 

*You can also set a note for the users with access to the file, and ICFiles will email them a message with any changes to the file or the note itself.

Just click in the field and a calendar will pop up to allow you to easily select a date, rather than have to type it in via 8-10 keystrokes (DD/MM/YYYY).

The last thing to do is just click on the green floppy disk icon to save the date, or the red minus to cancel.

All done! You can now see when the file is scheduled for deletion.
