Client Folder Vs Library Folder Vs Internal Documents

"Client Folders" or "My Documents" folder for "Users" 

  • The Client Folder section in the File System is where you upload and download files to your Users/Clients. A two-way communication.

"Library Folders" 

  • The Library Folder section is where the Admin's and Super Admin's build form libraries, like IRS forms, tax organizers and the like. Your Users/Clients can not upload to these folders, it is one-way communication.

"Internal Documents" 

  • The Internal Documents folder is for exchange between all the Admin's in the system, it is not a Private folder.
