- In the File System, the Client Folder section is where you upload and download files to your Users/Clients—a two-way communication.
- The Library Folder section is where the Admin's and Super Admin's build form libraries, like IRS forms, tax organizers, and the like. Your Users/Clients can not upload to these folders, and it is one-way communication.
- The Internal Documents folder is for exchange between all the Admin's in the system, and it is not a Private folder.
