Users - Delete

• If you delete the User. The User will not be able to log in
• If you remove the User from the folder, the User will still be able to log in, but will see no folder and no content.
• If you delete the folder, the User will be able to log in, but the folder, the folder's files, and their audit history will be gone. 
• If you just delete the folder's contents, the files are recoverable by Admins and Users with access for 30 days.

Deleting Users

1. Go to the "User Logins" page and look for the "User." 

2. Delete the "User."  

** "Users" can have access to multiple folders at one time, so when deleting a "Client Folder," the system does not delete the "User."
