Keyboard Short Cuts
Simply press the following keys to force a hard refresh in your web browser.

    Google Chrome on Mac: Command + Shift + R.
    Google Chrome on Windows & Linux: CTRL + F5.
    Firefox on Mac: Command + Shift + R.
    Firefox on Windows & Linux: CTRL + F5.
    Safari: Command + Option + R.
    Opera on Mac: Command + Alt + R.

When clearing the browser cache for technical reasons, you should follow these global settings.
  • Clear Time Range = All Time
  • Clear cookies and other site data
  • Clear cached images and files

Chrome, how to clear the cache
In Chrome
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More.
  3. Click More tools / Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

Firefox, how to clear the cache
In Firefox
  1. Click the menu button to open the menu panel.
  2. Click History and select Clear Recent History….
  3. Next to Time range to clear, choose Everything from the drop-down menu, select Cache in the items list, make sure other items you want to keep are not selected, and then click the OK button.

Edge how to clear the cache
In Edge

To view your browsing history in the new Microsoft Edge Edge logo, select Settings and more Three-dot More icon > History > Manage history.

To clear your browsing data in the new Microsoft Edge: 
  1. Select Settings and more  Three-dot More icon > Settings Gear-shaped Settings icon > Privacy and services.
  2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
  3. Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu.
  4. Choose the types of data you want to clear. For example, you may want to remove browsing history and cookies but keep passwords and autofill form data.
  5. Select Clear now.

Brave, how to clear the cache
In Brave
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
