Password Reset - Service2Client - MyWeb

Administrators can reset their password for the MyWeb Editor

1. You can reset your password if you have your MyWeb user ID. You can get your user ID by contacting our helpdesk or looking at your original setup email.

2. Go to your "Login Pageand look for the "Forgot your Password? Click Here" hyperlink. This will start the reset password process. 



3. If your email address changes, The reset password process will not work. You must contact the helpdesk and ask them to update your email address manually before starting the reset password process.
