Administrators can reset their password for the MyWeb Editor.
1. You can reset your password if you have your Mail Sprinkler user ID. You can get your user ID by contacting our helpdesk if you don't have your user ID. Your user ID would have been sent to you in your original setup email.
a. Please whitelist email@example.com in your email system.
3. The reset password process will not work if your email address has changed. You must contact the helpdesk and ask them to update your email address manually before starting the reset password process.
